Anthony Flesch

A seasoned marketing professional and consultant, Anthony has three decades of advertising and marketing experience. Areas of industry experience include dietary supplements, high-technology, electronic commerce, athletic footwear, packaged goods, health care, automotive, financial services, renewable energy, environmental remediation, and travel & hospitality. He has consistently helped his clients grow, using innovative, cost-effective marketing strategies and tactics.

Anthony started his career in the Boston area, where he worked as a free-lancer, and also as Copy Chief of Carney Mohlin and Company, Boston. He went on to become Creative Director of Lyons Advertising, Attleboro Falls, MA, and then moved to Southern California to become Creative Director of Clark, Meyer, Charters and Howell, in Huntington Beach, California.

In 1984, Anthony started his own agency, Anthony Flesch & Associates, which developed a reputation as a creative marketing communications company with a solid marketing foundation, and a strong track record of results for clients.

Moving to Sedona in 1993, he founded Sedona Direct Marketing, Inc. In 2006, after working with Chris Pritchard and Mark Peebler for four years, the three principals merged their individual businesses to create Flesch, Pritchard & Peebler.

Tom Vitron

Tom VItronTom is a multitalented media professional, whose work includes developing and implementing media plans for numerous Wrigley Gum brands while working for BBDO, writing short- and long-form articles for national and regional Web sites and magazines, and teaching advertising at Northern Arizona University’s School of Communication for two years.

Tom is proud to have been involved in the Internet since it became a consumer medium in the early 1990s. From helping set up an online merchandise firm in 1996 to working on Wrigley’s first online marketing efforts in 1999 to studying the rise of media convergence and social networks while in graduate school, Tom is passionate about finding ways to bridge the gaps between attention-challenged, ad-bombarded audiences and savvy marketers who embrace the connectivity offered by new media. But he also knows that traditional media is still very important and appropriate for nearly all integrated marketing campaigns.

Currently residing in the Village of Oak Creek, Tom is a dual citizen of the U.S. and France, which makes him optimistic and realistic all at once. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University and a Master’s of Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University.

Tom is vice-president of client and media services for FP²and is also part of the firm’s new business team.

Chris Pritchard

Chris PritchardChris is a technical writer, and software and website developer by training, having worked since 1986 for organizations such as Volkswagen, Chrysler, The Natural Law Party, American Express, and the University of Victoria.

Chris began working on the Web in 1995 while studying computer science and creative writing at the University of Victoria. There he worked as webmaster and research assistant for UVic's Career Services and the B.C. Institute for Co-op Studies, the latter website growing to be one of the largest collections of online co-operative research in the world. During his tenure at UVic, he was contracted to develop the website for the Natural Law Party of Canada for the 1997 federal election campaign. The website was voted Best on the Web by the Ottawa Citizen and Toronto Star newspapers.

In 1999, Chris started C.J. Pritchard & Associates and has since optimized and placed more than 950 websites in the travel and tourism, transportation and shipping, and service industries. His online marketing work consistently results in top placement for his clients.

Currently living in Victoria, British Columbia, Chris heads up the online marketing, research and Web development at FP².

Mark Peebler

Mark was a hotel sales and marketing professional for years, starting his hospitality career with Ramada and then working as Director of Marketing for Embassy Suites in Arizona. Mark was on the boards of Meeting Planners International (AZ Chapter) and the Society of Government Meeting Planners (AZ Chapter), becoming Supplier of the Year for both organizations. He went on to produce the very successful Arizona Tourism Shows in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico (1990 & 1991).  In 1992, Mark moved his consulting business, The Peebler Group, to New York City where his clients came from the hospitality, service and movie industries.  For three years he trained Marriott sales people at eight hotels from New York to Rhode Island. During this time Mark developed an interest in applying his sales and marketing skills to the newly emerging Internet.

In 1994, Mark started It's All Good Companies to provide professional communications and technology services in website development, marketing, promotion, photography and graphic design. Mark is driven by the belief that success comes by creating a conscious and strategic approach that integrates seamlessly with a company's whole marketing plan.

Mark and his daughter, Maya, live in Sedona, Arizona.

Heather Bosick

Carol RifonHeather has over twenty years experience in customer service and program coordination.  As project coordinator and notary in South Lake Tahoe, she organized a multi-faceted company program to address the various needs of local and visiting clientele. 

She also brings in-depth experience in corporate event planning, overseeing all aspects of planning and logistics for high-level events.

Heather’s love for people and sincere commitment to making each and every client feel special results in a client connection that is the epitome of customer service.  Heather's enthusiasm and sense of fun and adventure are contagious when you hear her voice on the FP² phone.

Heather's various courses of business study have included a recent 2007 course with the WMBA.
